De Vergulden Eenhoorn

Situated in the middle of Amsterdam, De Vergulden Eenhoorn (The Gilded Unicorn) is a historical monument and farm founded in 1702. With a large picnic garden and a cosy cow stall, it is an oasis of peace and relaxation. The kitchen sources local ingredients for their seasonal lunch and dinner dishes, such as Moroccan Taktouka with asparagus, egg and chorizo or Indonesian gado-gado salad with sesame chicken and cashew nuts.
